Founded in 2024 in Los Angeles, Luxura Floors blends modern design sensibilities with decades of manufacturing expertise to deliver high-quality engineered hardwood flooring. Our roots trace back to 1997, when our factory first began producing engineered hardwood flooring — products that have since earned the trust of leading international brands and customers across Europe and North America.

HOW DO WE MAKE OUR FLOORS

From raw log processing to final finishing, we maintain complete control over the production process. Our surface and core layers are crafted from premium European and American hardwoods, selected to optimize both strength and sustainability. We use only industry-renowned adhesives, coatings, and oils that comply with rigorous European environmental and safety standards.

Our manufacturing process emphasizes precision and consistency. Each floorboard undergoes a series of strict moisture regulation steps—including pre-drying, kiln drying, and moisture balancing—to ensure stability across layers. We utilize a cross-layered construction method that relieves internal stress and significantly enhances resistance to deformation.​ All of our production lines are outfitted with advanced German machinery. To guarantee superior joint quality, groove-and-tenon tests are performed every 600 square feet, alongside projection alignment checks every three hours. Our 4V micro-bevel technology not only ensures a seamless visual fit but also promotes easy cleaning and inhibits bacterial growth—supporting a healthier indoor environment. For the surface finish, we apply an open-pore coating technique that keeps the wood’s natural grain visible and breathable, preserving its organic beauty while allowing the floor to “breathe” naturally.
